Finally, after years of issues with ad companies tracking users and throwing whatever they search as ads on the browsers partly due to Adware-may be over soon. Mozilla and Google both have announced that they have a new extension for users to download and use that will block ad tracking.
For years now, you could not turn off cookies due to no website allowing you to use it without them, but that meant you had to accept tracking cookies as well. Thus your computer’s security was lowered and your system got infected a lot more. Therefore, it is about time that they would offer such a service. It might also give them both the much-needed boost they need. I wonder if Windows will soon enough add this feature to IE?
How do you feel about this new and exciting option? Do you think it is about time that they will be offering it? I do and I think this might make me switch to either Mozilla or Google permanently.
